Bob has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry, having overseen the operations of 10,000+ units in the Southeast and completed the lease-up process of over 6000 units new development communities.
Mr. Moore began his career in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant and worked his way through all on-site and corporate positions.
He gained valuable experience working with REITs, Fee Management, and private LLCs such as Greystar, MAA, Riverstone Residential, and CWS Apartment Homes, LLC. His concentration has been on urban mid-rises, high-rises, and suburban garden lease-ups. He has vast experience with acquisitions, renovations, value-add and new construction development.
In June of 2017, Mr. Moore built out and launched FCA’s property management platform and has grown the portfolio to over 7000 units under management and consults on over 3000 units of new construction development. He is an expert in all facets of multi-family operations and works intimately with clients consulting on best strategies for their new construction developments and value-add opportunities. Before joining FCA Management, LLC as CEO, Bob was Senior Director with Greystar, working in both real estate operations and client services overseeing 12,000 units in the Southeast.
Bob graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. He holds his CAM and CAPS designations and is a Board of Directors member of the NMHC as well as an Advisory Board member for Entryway.
