Bob Henning is a Director for Northwestern Mutual Real Estate in charge of originating debt and equity investments in Texas across multifamily, industrial, office, and retail product types. Investment products include first lien stabilized mortgages, construction-to-permanent mortgages, and JV equity development and acquisition investments. He is responsible for servicing and appraising NM’s existing real estate mortgage portfolio in Texas each year. Bob is also heavily involved in managing and updating the firm’s proprietary modeling tools to ensure risks are being priced reflective of current market conditions. He has been involved in commercial real estate finance for 12 years. He is currently a member of NAIOP, The Real Estate Council, and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. He received his BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and he received his MBA from the University of Michigan.
