Blake Rodgers is a Senior Loan Originator at Parkview Financial, based in the Pacific Northwest. Blake specializes in structuring commercial construction deals sourced from his capital markets relationships, developers and real estate investors who require speed and certainty of closing.

Blake brings 15 years of real estate lending and business development experience to Parkview. Most recently at Builders Capital, he originated in excess of $850 million in construction financing for multifamily, mixed-use and SFR developments. Blake started his career in multifamily investment sales with Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office in 2007. Later he originated debt for Columbia Pacific Advisors, a nationwide direct private lender focused on bridge loans across all asset classes, including senior housing, affordable housing, and self-storage. He was also a top producer at Civic Financial Services, a private lender for multifamily and residential value-add projects.

Blake enjoys a variety of sports, boating and outdoor activities with his family and friends in the Seattle market. He holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
