Bill Brennan joined 29th Street Capital in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. In this role, he is responsible for managing client relationships and raising capital for the firm’s new offerings.

Bill brings over 20 years of experience in asset management, with a proven track record in raising capital, strategic business development, and delivering exceptional client service. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented alternative investment strategies, including private real estate, hedge funds, and structured products. He has raised capital from Family Offices, Wealth Managers, RIAs, Institutions, and high-net-worth individuals while working at top-tier firms such as Lighthouse Investment Partners, Aurora Investment Management, and Man Group, Plc.

Before joining 29th Street Capital, Bill led investor relations and capital-raising efforts at Birchwood Healthcare Partners, where he played a critical role in securing capital for healthcare-focused real estate investments.

Earlier in his career, Bill contributed to the success of Calamos Investments, where he was part of the team that launched one of the largest closed-end fund IPOs in U.S. history. Over the course of his career, Bill has raised more than $3 billion across a variety of investment strategies.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
