Benjamin Yelm is the Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Carolinas and Southern Virginia offices. He joined the firm in 2013 and became a Senior Associate in 2016. As an agent, he specialized in retail property investments and served as an Associate Director of the National Retail Group and the Net Leased Properties Group

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and his master’s degree from Lesley University in Massachusetts.
