Benjamin Finley, President of Richman Community Capital, LLC is located in Richman’s Washington D.C. office and leads the company’s investment efforts in affordable and workforce housing. Before joining Richman, he was responsible for a team of acquisition professionals which sourced, negotiated and closed more than 80 transactions totaling $1.8 billion in affordable, workforce and market-rate multifamily housing. Mr. Finley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN with a degree in Business Administration.
