Ben Cotton is a 20-year business development veteran who serves as Vice President of Capital Markets, where he leads all aspects of capital fundraising for new projects. Ben has raised over $650 million in private equity and debt for multifamily projects throughout the Midwest. Before Ben’s pivot into private equity, he was the North American Director of Sales for one of the largest producers of glass and glass products in the world, with responsibility for $500 million in sales.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Louisville. He has studied Commercial Leadership at Greenbank, Key Account Management with HEC Paris, and passed FINRA’s SIE, 22, and 63.
