Ben joined Brookfield Properties in 2010 and has held various roles, including leading investment activity for the office property business in London and New York. He is currently responsible for the commercial operations and investment activity for Brookfield’s office business in the U.S., where the firm is either the largest or one of the largest commercial real estate owners and operators in New York, Washington D.C., Downtown Los Angeles, Houston and Denver, and is active in San Francisco, Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Ben spent time in Boston, Florida and New York with the New Boston Fund, Sovereign Bank and Thor Equities.

Ben is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Board of Governors, and he serves on the Board of Hudson River Park Friends. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Northeastern University.
