Mr. Brewer is the managing director responsible for all facets of commercial and land development as well as multi-sector acquisitions in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Since joining Hines in 2006, he has led numerous development and redevelopment projects across multiple product types including office, living/housing, industrial/logistics, and self-storage. He has been extensively involved in innovative new development, acquisitions and refinancing, REO transactions, zoning and entitlement.

Brewer serves on the board of directors of several organizations including The Real Estate Council (TREC), The White Rock Lake Foundation, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and the Klyde Warren Park Corporate Council. He was a board member of the Las Colinas Association from 2012-2020, serving as chairman from 2018-2020.

Brewer earned both his BBA and Masters in accounting from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
