Bea Hsu is Executive Vice President at Brookfield Properties’ development group, responsible for overseeing a pipeline of urban residential and mixed-use development projects throughout California.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, Bea was a Senior Vice President for Development and Forward Planning for Related Companies of California.
Bea is the current President of the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners and a member of the Planning Program Advisory Board of the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. She is also a past member of the Board of Directors for Larchmont Charter Schools and the Los Angeles Industrial Development Authority. She has been twice recognized by Bisnow as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in LA Commercial Real Estate.
Bea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Yale University.
