As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Austin is responsible for origination and recapitalization efforts for JPI, which includes identifying, sourcing, and advising on debt and equity capital for multifamily investment opportunities. Prior to coming to JPI, Austin served as the Managing Director, head of sales and investor relations at Parkview Financial where he focused on evolving Parkview’s current and prospective investor relationships, as well as raising the profile of the firm through meetings, speaking engagements and industry conferences. He also spent time as Head of Sales and Marketing on the west coast for SkyBridge Capital, a NYC-based hedge fund. Austin started his career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in its NYC and LA offices, working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
