Ashley is Senior Vice President, Leasing and is responsible for setting leasing strategy and overseeing the day-to-day leasing activities on the Yard. In her previous role, she was Managing Director of Commercial Leasing at The Durst Organization, a Manhattan-based owner-developer pioneering sustainable and innovative buildings. Ashley’s most recent work at Durst included the launch of Durst Ready, the company’s flexible office space solution, and the stabilization of the commercial and retail component of the mixed-use 57 WEST superblock on Manhattan’s far west side. Prior to Durst, she was Vice President of Leasing at SL Green Realty Corporation, a REIT and New York’s largest owner of commercial real estate. At SL Green, Ashley was responsible for managing the leasing of a 7 million square foot portfolio that included tenants such as Viacom, Pandora Media, and Credit Suisse. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
