Ashley Casaday

Ashley Casaday is the Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets for RangeWater Real Estate. In this position, she serves on both the Executive Team and the Investment Committee. Ashley oversees and leads the capitalization and financing efforts for all new developments across the company’s platform, and initiates and maintains relationships with capital partners, investors, and lenders. She also oversees all dispositions and recapitalizations for new developments, and works closely with the firm’s strategic partners, brokers and consultants to ensure the successful sale of those projects. In 2021, Ashley led the capitalization of over $1.0 billion in new developments across the Sunbelt. She has overseen the successful disposition of over $2.5 billion in multifamily assets, spanning multiple states and submarkets in her time with RangeWater. She has also been instrumental in developing and building the fast-growing Storia brand, the firm’s build-to-rent single family rental division deploying nearly a billion dollars for development.

Ashley joined RangeWater in early 2012. Prior to her current role, Ashley oversaw the development and execution of the company’s Central Florida assets. She also spent time with RangeWater’s property management platform where she oversaw due diligence, financial reporting and management of the company’s portfolio. Prior to her time at RangeWater, Ashley worked in the construction sector with an Atlanta based general contractor, managing several major projects across the Southeast.

Ashley graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Ashley is a member of NMHC, ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), and Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW). She has served on the Scholarship Committee for RENEW, and in 2020 was named a ULI Atlanta WLI Emerging Leader. She serves as a Door Holder & Leader at Passion City Church and is on the Board of Directors for the Carl E. Sanders Atlanta YMCA. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family and husband, Will.
