Ms. Hai is the Senior VP of Finance and Acquisitions at DMG Investments. Ms. Hai is responsible for sourcing and executing financing solutions for existing and new assets, including construction loans, mezzanine loans, equity financing, EB5 financing, etc. with local and overseas financial institutions. She is also actively involved in sourcing and executing new deals for DMG. Ms. Hai holds a Master’s of Real Estate Finance from New York University. Prior to joining DMG, she was an Investment Associate where she helped launch over $150MM in structured equity investments in U.S. real estate assets. She also worked as an Associate in Savills Studley and delivered more than 12 advisory projects for urban shopping centers and mixed-use complexes.
