Arden Hearing is the Executive General Manager of the Western Region for Lendlease Development. He provides executive oversight of all development activity and expansion in the region including the current pipeline of over $1.5B across residential and commercial product. Arden previously founded and lead Trumark Urban, guiding over $1B in development projects across San Francisco and Los Angeles. Arden is an alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He is a recipient of the San Francisco Business Times “Forty Under 40” and “Dealmaker of the Year” awards. Arden actively assists several local non-profit organizations and community groups, including SPUR Housing Policy Board, U.P. Board of Directors, Lambda Alpha, and The Urban Land Institute.
