She is a vital member of the senior management team, where she leads Whitecap’s current portfolio of multi-family apartments and is responsible for maximizing revenue growth by directing the portfolio’s overall financial performance and physical assets. In addition, April manages the planning and execution of new project lease-ups, including market analysis and developing new asset management strategies

April has over 20 years of commercial management and operations experience, overseeing portfolios of over 4 million square feet of product types, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family across the United States. She is an analytical leader that can dig into the details while strategically planning the path forward. Additionally, her principled approach is evident in building and leading strong teams based on trust and respect.
