Anthony Albanese is Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Albanese Organization, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing affordable and workforce housing developments. His involvement spans the full development lifecycle, from initial site selection and feasibility analysis through predevelopment, capital structuring, and financing execution.

Prior to joining the firm in his present role, Anthony served as Director of Development at Elmington Capital Group, where he managed new-construction affordable and workforce multifamily developments across Ohio, North Carolina, and Georgia. His responsibilities included project underwriting, competitive funding applications, coordination with public agencies and capital partners, and managing projects from initial diligence through closing. Earlier, Anthony was a Development Officer at The Michaels Organization, overseeing affordable multifamily developments in Texas and Colorado through all phases of development.

Anthony began his career at Turner Construction Company, where he served as an Assistant Superintendent in the New York metropolitan area. After leaving Turner, he held several roles at Albanese from 2014 to 2020. He rejoined the firm in 2026.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
