Anna Malhari serves as Chief Operating Officer of Veris Residential. She directly supports the CEO and is responsible for the Company’s operations. Ms. Malhari leads the firm’s ESG efforts and has spearheaded initiatives at the property and corporate levels. Under Ms. Malhari’s leadership, Veris Residential became a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and was the first U.S. real estate company to join the Climate Group’s EV100 initiative.

Prior to joining Veris Residential in 2021, Ms. Malhari was a vice president at Colony Capital, Inc., where she was responsible for NorthStar Realty Europe’s capital markets activity and was closely involved in the company’s investment and management activities. Prior to this role, Ms. Malhari held various investment positions at NorthStar and Peakside Capital. During her tenure at NorthStar, Ms. Malhari was involved in the company’s ESG Disclosure and other sustainability initiatives.

Ms. Malhari holds the AIEMA environmental certification and has a CEMS master’s degree in International Management from the Business University of Prague and the University of Cologne.
