Anna is a core member of Fosun’s global real estate initiatives, with focus ranging from strategic planning to execution of corporate M&A, acquisitions, and JV on multiple aspects of the North America real estate business.

Prior to Fosun, Anna worked in the US for Houlihan Parnes, Acadia Realty Trust, and Parmenter Realty Partners, responsible for real estate acquisitions and asset management. She executed over 50 transactions of multi-family, office, and retail assets in the US. She also oversaw a portfolio of over 12,000 apartment units and 20 million square foot of office and commercial space.

Anna holds a Ph.D. degree in Building Construction and a master degree in Real Estate, both from the University of Florida, USA, a master degree in Building from the National University of Singapore, and a bachelor degree in Architecture from Tongji University, China.
