Andy is responsible for Investor Relations and Capital Markets activities, including both debt and equity, as well as the supervision of various internal and external financial and operational functions. Additionally, Andy’s reconsolidates include asset management property dispositions. Andy’s 12 years of experience have included investor relations, finance and treasury positions with both public and private oilfield service companies in addition to roles in transactions services (M&A) and audit with KPMG LLP. Andy’s most recent experience was acting as the Director of FP&A and Treasury at a private equity-backed oil field service company.

Andy holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baylor University.
