Andrew Schwarz is the founder and CEO of Audubon. Mr. Schwarz has been in the multi-family industry for over 25 years and has overseen the financial management of assets valued at more than $3 billion. Mr. Schwarz’s experience includes the renovation and ground up development of over 30,000 apartment units. Under the leadership of Mr. Schwarz, Audubon has grown into a dynamic, multi-family investment firm, recognized as a leader in the Southeast region. Prior to founding Audubon, Mr. Schwarz was Senior Vice President at Emmes & Company in New York City with responsibility for the firm’s Asian investment platform and the firm’s 15,000 unit multifamily portfolio. Mr. Schwarz has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
