Andrea Lawrence is the Deputy CEO and Chief Legal Officer at HAP Investments LLC, an international real estate investment and development company with foreign and domestic holdings, including over 1.8 million square feet of development in the tri-state area. Prior to joining HAP, she was a partner at several prestigious New York law firms, where she provided strategic advice and support to clients on a multitude of real estate issues and disputes. Ms. Lawrence received her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994, where she served as the Research Editor for the New York Law Review/International Law Journal. She received her BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1991. Ms. Lawrence has contributed to several legal treatises and authored many articles concerning real estate in New York. She served for several terms on the Board of Directors for the American Composers Orchestra, and currently serves on the Pennsylvania State Parents Council.
