Andie Smith is a Regional Property Manager with Holland Residential, headquartered in Vancouver, WA, and has been an active member of the multifamily real estate industry for over 12 years, directing and coordinating all phases of property management functions. During her career at Holland Residential, Andie has overseen an award-winning portfolio throughout Oregon consisting of new development, value add, asset preservation, affordable housing, senior housing, and commercial mixed-use properties. Andie enjoys motivating her team and empowering them in their career goals of growth in our industry. She believes that as housing providers, we have an obligation to our community to be better than we were yesterday.

Andie is the current Secretary of the Board of Directors with Multifamily NW, a Member of the National Multifamily Housing Council – Emerging Leaders, and Member of the National Apartment Association.
