Andi has been with Dunn & Hobbes since 2005 and came into the field of property management/real estate development with a background in design, administration, and marketing. She has a BA from the Evergreen State College and earned a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2014.

As Director of Property Management, Andi oversees the day-to-day operations of all properties, including tenant relations, leasing, building performance, budgets, A/R and A/P for eleven accounts, including 28 residential tenants and 43 commercial tenants, plus two Dunn & Hobbes owned businesses.

With each development Andi has implemented the building maintenance program, including selection and hiring of vendors, contractors and the property management team. She loves seeing each development take shape from the ground up and helping to create spaces that tenants are proud to be a part of.
