Ms. Preston joined Tishman Speyer in 2011 to lead design and construction activity in the Chicago region. In her role, she oversees a team of project managers performing capital improvements, redevelopment and development efforts. Currently, she is working on the 320 North Sangamon commercial office development in the Fulton Market of Chicago. This is the first development for Tishman Speyer in the region in over 20 years. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Ms. Preston served as a Senior Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis, where she led design and construction for third party owners and investors, as well as worked with in-house brokerage teams with their tenant representation. Ms. Preston is a Chairperson and Trustee for The Frances Xavier Warde School Board. She holds her BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University with a concentration in applied science and business.
