Amy Groff, CPM, is Senior Vice President of Residential Property Management for Bernstein Management Corporation’s residential portfolio. She is responsible for overseeing the management of 38 properties comprising of approximately 5,000 apartments in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Ms. Groff joined Bernstein Management Corporation in 2020.

Amy is an accredited real estate executive with over 20 years’ experience managing affordable, conventional, mixed-use multi-family and commercial properties in both suburban and urban markets. Most recently she was with the National Apartment Association as the SVP, Industry Operations providing content, best practices, and operational solutions to their membership.
