Amy Boyle is a Senior Managing Director of GTIS and serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Boyle is a member of the General Partner’s Investment Committee and responsible for fund accounting and reporting, treasury management, taxation, financing, structuring activities, human resources, and the firm’s compliance program. She also oversees financial activities relating to the firm’s management company. Ms. Boyle rejoined GTIS in 2014.

Ms. Boyle started her career in financial management in 2000 and began focusing on domestic and international real estate financial management in 2003. Prior to joining GTIS, Ms. Boyle was the Chief Financial Officer of three publicly registered real estate investment trusts advised by American Realty Capital. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for Clarion Partners’ flagship real estate fund, the Clarion Lion Properties Fund. Prior to joining Clarion Partners, Ms. Boyle served as Vice President and Controller at GTIS from 2006-2009. Ms. Boyle also held other positions at Clarion Partners prior to 2006 including positions in the finance and portfolio management groups. Ms. Boyle began her career as an auditor for a Boston-based public accounting firm, Feeley & Driscoll, PC.

Ms. Boyle received a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Plattsburgh State University of New York, a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Boyle is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (“WX”).
