Amit Persaud oversees NYC Accounts for View Inc. He is responsible for sourcing ground-up and repositioning projects and implementing dynamic glass across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and airport development. His recent office projects include 730 Third Avenue with Nuveen & Taconic Investment Partners and 1155 Avenue of the Americas with The Durst Organization.

View has completed over 500 projects across North America and has raised over $2B to date – including a $1.1B investment from SoftBank in November 2018.

Prior to View, Amit held positions at building efficiency start-ups Sefaira (acquired by NASDAQ: TRMB) & FirstFuel Software.

Amit received a B.A. from Boston University. He is a member of The Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, the Association for a Better New York and the Central Park Conservancy.
