Amanda is the Senior Vice President of Property Management and supports the Northwood Ravin property management portfolio in day to day operations, revenue growth, client relationships and leading a team of regional and community managers. Prior to her joining Northwood Ravin in 2019, she was the Director of Real Estate for Greystar in Charlotte, NC. In her previous role, Amanda’s portfolio consisted of high-rise, mid-rise and garden assets. With a portfolio of 15,000 units, Amanda was responsible for the overall property operations, performance objectives and operational excellence for over 20 fee managed clients. She has helped oversee dozens of successful lease-ups, repositioning and rehab communities and assisted with property aquisitions and dispositions. Prior to Greystar, Amanda was a Senior Regional Manager with Riverstone Residential Group in the Southeast. Her experience at Riverstone included fee-managed, owner-managed, affordable and senior housing assets.

Amanda is the past President of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and sits on the Government Affairs and PAC committees for 2019. Amanda has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2009. Amanda has the CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager with IREM.
