Allan Jones is an Operating Partner at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for the firm’s opportunity zone program, which he helped start upon joining CrossHarbor in 2018. Mr. Jones has spent over 30 years in commercial real estate banking, development and investment. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Jones led The Athenaeum Group, a developer of office and laboratory space and one of CrossHarbor’s earliest real estate partners. He began his career as a commercial real estate executive at the Bank of Boston, where he was responsible for negotiating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate loan transactions to developers across the United States.

Mr. Jones received a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
