As Senior Vice President, Alex works directly with CEO and Founder Steve Pozycki to oversee business development, leasing, and marketing.

Prior to joining SJP, Alex served as Vice President at CBRE in Midtown Manhattan. Alex’s decade of experience in commercial real estate has
enabled him to successfully navigate complex transactions for his clients. During his career, Alex has represented numerous venture-backed and publicly traded companies including Sony, Pfizer, Inc., and Nestlé in addition to guiding owners in repositioning assets to maximize value.

He has received a number of awards, including the Commercial Observer 30 Under 30, during the earlier stage of his career at Eastern Consolidated. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
