Alan is the Managing Principal of the New Jersey Offices. Alan has forty years of experience in serving private business owners in diverse industries including Real Estate, Retail Supermarkets, Manufacturing and Distribution and Professional Services. Alan’s primary client focus is advising business owners and high net worth individuals on tax, succession, mergers/acquisitions, financial reporting and business strategy.

Alan started his career in Massachusetts and then joined SobelCo in 1987 where he spent the next thirty five years. In 2023, the SobelCo team joined CLA.
