Adrienne loves competition, so capital markets is the perfect career for her.

As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Adrienne is responsible for origination and recapitalization efforts for JPI, which includes identifying, sourcing, and advising on debt and equity capital for multifamily investment opportunities. As someone who naturally loves cultivating relationships and helping others, this role fits her personality perfectly.

Adrienne has spent over two decades in real estate debt capital markets, so she thoroughly understands how many debt providers underwrite projects, as well as their reporting requirements and regulatory constraints. In addition, Adrienne has been a multifamily investor for many years, so she understands that side of the business as well.

Prior to JPI, Adrienne was a senior vice president at Citizens Bank, N.A. and, a vice president at Wells Fargo.

In addition to her role at JPI, Adrienne serves on the board of directors for the North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation and previously served on the boards for CREW Network, CREW Network Foundation, CREW Charlotte, CREW St. Louis, the St. Louis Corporate Volunteer Council and the United Way of Greater St. Louis’ Volunteer Center. She is an active member of ULI, CREW, and GRI and a sustaining member of the Junior League. Adrienne is also a co-founder and managing principal of B Squared Group, a privately held commercial real estate investment, development and management firm based in St. Louis, MO.

Along with multiple speaking engagements, she has received numerous local, regional, and national awards for her contributions to the commercial real estate industry from such organizations and publications as the Real Estate Forum, GlobeSt., Connect Media, the Charlotte Business Journal, the Charlotte Ledger, The Mecklenburg Times, ATHENA, Business Today and Career Mastered.

She received her undergraduate degrees in journalism and environmental sciences from the University of Missouri, and a graduate degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She also had a very meaningful experience studying international finance abroad at the ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys early morning walks to watch the sun rise, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband Barry.
