Adriana Jaegerman is Vice President in Stantec’s Miami office and Regional Business Leader for the company’s Gulf and North Central Buildings groups. Her experience as a structural engineer includes designing multifamily, hospitality, office, and education buildings.

Adriana leads teams of more than 1,328 architects, engineers, and support staff in 53 offices across 10 states. She’s responsible for attracting and retaining key leaders and staff, efficient resource management, operations management, effective delivery of professional services, financial performance, and sustaining and growing the net revenue, gross margin, and operating income. In her time at Stantec, Adriana has successfully spearheaded the group’s operational efforts while developing a thriving practice.

Adriana prioritizes time outside of work, dedicating her leisure hours to industry involvement and STEM education. She is an Advisory Board Member of her local ULI Chapter and an active participant in many organizations that work to advance cultural inclusivity and promote women leaders.
