Adam Segal
CEO & Founder
Cove

Adam Segal is the cofounder and ceo of cove, an organization on a mission to build software and enable in-person experiences that transform the way people engage with their office. To do this, cove partners with office owners and operators to put the daily experience in everyone’s hands – from tenants to guests to brokers to property managers & service providers. Adam oversees the overall direction and strategy, with a personal passion for the intersection of technology and people.

cove launched as an operator opening their first neighborhood co-working space in 2013, thereafter creating a network of 15+ locations. From day one, cove’s vision has been to create great spaces, provide great service, and use technology to make everything easier. With operations in their DNA, cove built a dynamic platform to connect the physical and digital worlds that now powers entire office buildings — turning real estate into a consumer-driven experience that brings people to the forefront. Prior to cove, Adam worked in consulting, technology, and investment banking – although he was never particularly good at working in a cubicle. Adam has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, NPR, as well as other outlets. He holds a BA from Amherst College, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School.
