Adam Parkoff is a principal at The Parkoff Organization and now represents the fourth generation of the 87 year old company. Since joining the family business in 2005, Adam has been responsible for over $1 billion in transactions. The Parkoff Organization continues to focus on quality growth through premier investment opportunities in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, Westchester County, and more recently, Nationwide with a focus on the Midwest. Prior to The Parkoff Organization, Adam worked as a CPA in the Capital Markets Group at Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP, servicing several well-known funds. Adam graduated from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In addition to being a board member of the RSA (Rent Stabilization Association) and CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program), REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York), Adam serves on a number of local and charitable boards in his community and remains involved with his alma mater and his schools and institutions.
