Adam Lutz is currently the Real Estate Project Executive for Google New York where he has worked since 2007. He has nearly 20 years of experience in operations, facilities management, real estate, and construction, including 10 years at State Farm Insurance. During his time at State Farm, he held various positions, including Data Center Maintenance Supervisor. As such he was instrumental in developing the advanced systems for asset management of the most extensive data center in State Farm.

As a Real Estate Project Executive at Google, Adam is responsible for both tenant side, as well as, landlord side real estate transactions. He also manages construction for Google’s New York campus, which has grown from 310,000 sq/ft to more than 1.9M sq/ft during Adam’s nearly ten-year tenure.

In 2010 Google purchased 111 8th Ave and since that time Adam has been leading the master planning efforts for the new asset.

Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in 1995 from Willamette University with a BS in Art. He is also a loving husband and father to a beautiful family….and he really loves bacon.
