Abe Bhimani is currently the Senior Vice President/Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of Mosaic Residential, Inc. Abe has been involved in more than $1.5 Billion worth of real estate transactions throughout his twenty year career. Currently, Mosaic manages roughly 9,000 units all within Texas. Almost every property Mosaic has owned or managed, if not all, has been through some form of value-add renovation. In addition, 90% of its properties are within the C to B+ class spectrum prior to renovation. Abe holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, a MS in Land & Real Estate Development and a MS in Construction Management, both from Texas A&M University.
