Aaron is responsible for driving the performance of the multifamily portfolio for the real estate investment firm, Origin Investments. He oversees the strategy and execution of property-level business plans for the various funds, including new development & lease-up, core, and value add portfolios. His experience working at a boutique owner/manager in Atlanta, as well as a large public REIT operator in multiple markets, help execute the investment goals at the site level. Mr. Maas uses his Political Science degree from Emory University to achieve data-driven performance goals with management team collaboration and execution.
