Aaron Keeler is a Managing Director of Development for Greystar Development Services. Aaron leads all facets of Greystar’s development activity in Washington and Oregon. His focus is mixed-use infill project leadership which includes complex high-rise, mid-rise, student housing, retrofit, and historic preservation projects. Aaron is also directly involved with many community groups throughout the Pacific Northwest region.

Prior to joining Greystar, Aaron was a project manager at Avalon Bay, where he built several communities throughout the Seattle area.

Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University.
