Jeff McDonough serves as the Chief Development Officer of Stiles, with responsibility for the company’s ground-up development activities and strategy. In this capacity, he oversees the teams that identify, conceptualize, execute and lease new retail, office and multifamily development and tenant interior build-out projects throughout Florida, the Carolinas and Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. McDonough joined Stiles in 2005. Prior to his current role, he served as President of Stiles Residential Group, the company’s residential development and investment services division where he oversaw Stiles’ multifamily development platform throughout Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee, and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division, including new project identification and evaluation, along with project conceptualization, capitalization and execution.

Mr. McDonough earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Richmond, Virginia, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2012, he was recognized as the Young Leader of the Year by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) SE Florida /Caribbean District Council.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), LEED Accredited Professional and past chairman of the ULI SE Florida Young Leaders group and ULI SE Florida’s Multifamily Development Roundtable group. He also previously served on the ULI SE Florida District Council’s Advisory Board, as well as the City of Boca Raton’s Zoning Board of Adjustment for an eight-year term.
