Mr. Jeff McDonough serves as President of Stiles Residential Group, the company’s residential development and investment services division. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division, including oversight of project conceptualization and execution. Mr. McDonough is also focused on developing new business opportunities to further expand Stiles Residential Group’s presence throughout Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and other strategic locations in the Southeast.

Since joining Stiles in 2005, Mr. McDonough’s responsibilities have included project planning, due diligence and feasibility analysis, design, governmental approvals, hiring/administering the general contractor, and coordinating the financing, leasing, and sale teams on each project. In 2012, he was recognized as the Young Leader of the Year by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) SE Florida/Caribbean District Council.

Mr. McDonough holds a Master in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Richmond, Va., where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), LEED Accredited Professional and member of the ULI SE Florida District Council’s Advisory Board. He also previously served on the City of Boca Raton’s Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term of eight years.
