Greg Fournier is Managing Principal of Greenbrook Partners. Mr. Fournier leads the overall management of the firm, including oversight of corporate strategy, acquisitions, investment execution, new business and financing activities. Prior to forming Greenbrook Partners, he was Managing Director at East End Capital, an operating company with investments in office, retail and residential real estate in New York City. In this position, he directed all capital markets activities for the firm. Prior to East End, Mr. Fournier managed real estate investments at The Olayan Group, a private investment company based in New York City. In this role, he oversaw direct real estate transactions and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in public and private real estate companies, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and development joint ventures. Mr. Fournier earned a B.A. in Economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
