Mr. Kahn serves as the Chief Operating Officer for RPM Living Investments, which owns a multifamily portfolio valued at over $3 billion. In his current role, Mr. Kahn is directly responsible for managing all aspects of its growing portfolio, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, asset management, and partnership accounting.

Josh joined RPM in 2013 after spending 5 years practicing real estate law in Phoenix, Arizona. Under Josh’s oversight, RPM took numerous assets full-cycle and continues to aggressively search for new target assets and to expand RPM’s geographical reach.

Mr. Kahn received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin and subsequently received a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University graduating Magna Cum Laude.
