Scott San Filippo is a Senior Director within the Real Estate Investment team at Canyon. Mr. San Filippo joined Canyon in 2025 and primarily focuses on originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing bridge debt investments across the United States. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. San Filippo worked at Heitman where he led the New York debt investment team primarily in charge of Northeast originations. Previously, Mr. San Filippo worked at Allegiant Real Estate Capital, FirstKey Lending, and Macquarie focused on all aspects of debt originations. Mr. San Filippo is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A., double major in Real Estate and Finance, Investment and Banking).
