As Managing Director, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management for Kolter Multifamily’ s West Florida region. Prior to Kolter, Jeff managed the construction, asset management, and disposition of all Transit Oriented Development along the Brightline High-Speed Rail at Florida East Coast Industries.

Jeff received his BS with concentrations in entrepreneurship and real estate from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Jeff is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute.
