Patrick Adelman is the CEO of Portico, property management software built specifically for luxury doorman buildings and used as the system of record for front desk operations. He focuses on building the future of high touch residential operations, with an emphasis on reliability, efficiency, and service quality in complex, fast paced buildings. Patrick spends time embedded with property managers, building managers, and front desk staff, staying close to the day to day operational and service challenges unique to luxury properties. A repeat founder with hands on experience building and shipping technology, Patrick previously founded an AI based video editing startup. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
