Raymond Givargis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is an architect with over 30 years of diversified experience in design and development of complex mixed use, office, hospitality, retail, residential, and owner developer projects.

In 2023, Raymond joined H2M architects + engineers as a Studio Director. In this position, Raymond oversees a team of architects and interior designers on a wide variety of private and public development projects, including mixed-use, office buildings, restaurants, retails, hotels, franchises, and multi-family residential housing. The following year, Raymond took on the additional role of New York City Office Director, overseeing the operations of H2M’s Manhattan office and growing the firm’s clientele in the area.

Raymond is a member of a wide variety of professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, the Institute of Classical Architecture and Arts, the Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island, the Urban Land Institute, CoreNet Global, and the Building Owners and Managers Association of New York. His nonprofit work includes membership with Habitat for Humanity and support of the New York Institute of Technology through the Friends of the School of Architecture & Design and Alumni Association.

Raymond holds Registered Architect licensure in the State of New York, as well as accreditations from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Additionally, he was awarded the Revitalizing Communities Award by Vision Long Island and the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce for his contributions to the downtown revitalization of Hicksville.
