Kimberly Pilling leads Investor Relations for Nuveen Green Capital (NGC) where she holds primary responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with NGC investors, as well new product development.

Previously, Kim worked in direct real estate investment and M&A advisory roles at Urban Edge Properties (NYSE: UE) and EY, where she oversaw $20 billion in transaction volume.

Kim earned a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baruch College.
