Mr. Remillard joined CP Capital in 2018. As Executive Managing Director of the firm, he manages the day-to-day operations of the business and implements the firm’s strategic initiatives while also providing direct oversight of asset management, business development, and investor relations. Prior to joining CP Capital, Mr. Remillard held numerous key positions in the multifamily industry, most notably at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation and Rose Associates in New York City. He has extensive experience in asset management, property management and acquisitions and is a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) – Multifamily Platinum Council and a delegate of CP Capital for AFIRE (Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate). Mr. Remillard holds a B.A. from Georgetown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a John Carroll Scholar.
