Julie Heigel

Julie is a Managing Director on the Investments team. In this role, she is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investments and contributes to the firm’s overall investment strategy.

Before joining Osso, Julie was an Executive Vice President at Waterton, where she oversaw multifamily acquisitions and led $1.4 billion of equity deployment in multifamily assets nationwide.

Julie graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
